For ABA practices Works with the system you already use

Session notes that pass the audit before they’re signed.

Connect your practice management system, load your state and payer protocols, and every note is checked against them as your therapists write. Late notes chase themselves.

How it works

Your system, your protocols. Three steps to go live.

Step 1

Connect your system

Pick Rethink, CentralReach or another platform. Sessions, cancellations, clients, staff and authorizations sync every 15 minutes. No API? Forward the scheduling emails or drop in a CSV.

Step 2

Load your protocols

Turn on the rule pack for your state Medicaid and commercial payers, then upload your own policies. Tally turns each requirement into a check, with the section it came from, for you to approve.

Step 3

Notes audit themselves

Therapists see what’s missing as they type. Notes can’t be signed until they pass. Anything late gets a reminder, then goes to the supervisor, then the owner.

Rule packs

Written from the manual, not from memory.

Each pack is built from the payer’s current policy manual and versioned. When the manual changes, you see what changed before it takes effect. Every note records the pack version it passed.

  • —CPT vs. credential level, modifiers, daily unit caps
  • —Authorization dates and units remaining
  • —Required note elements for each code
  • —Copied, pre-written or vague documentation
  • —Deadlines with your holidays counted

One place for the people who write, review and get audited.

Therapists Today’s sessions, a guided note for each CPT code, and plain-English fixes as they type. Works on a phone.
BCBAs A review queue for their supervisees. Approve, or return with a comment. Corrections become a new version; the original stays.
Owners & billing On-time rates by provider, overdue notes, authorizations running low and credentials about to expire.

Priced per provider. Founding practices get a better rate.

We’re onboarding a small group of practices first, starting in Georgia. Email us with your practice size and the system you use, and we’ll send pricing and a walkthrough.
